1. When can I get my refund?
Your refund should appear on your bank account within 14 Working Days from when it was initiated, but it can vary depending on banks and the type of card you used.

2. It's been longer than the estimated lead time and I still haven't received my order
Sorry to hear that. We are working hard with our manufacturers and warehouses to reduce delivery times to avoid further delays. In the meantime, please email dodionline@doditec.co.uk mentioning your full name, address, telephone number and order number and we will do our best to respond to you as soon as we can.
3. How can i return a product?
You can return your item to us within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Contact us and we will assist you with your return. For more information on our returns policy see here.
NOTE: You will need to disassemble your product and repackage it in order for our delivery partners to collect
4. How long will it take to get my package?
You can find the most up-to-date tracking information for your order through ‘My Account’. Or you can use the track my order function.
5. I have not received my item
Our delivery partners should contact you within 5 working days of your order being dispatched. If it's been more than 5 days, please contact us and our customer service team will look into it for you.
6. When my delivery will arrive?
Once your order has dispatched, you'll receive an email with all the delivery details you need. The courier will also contact you to advise of the date and time.
7. How can i cancel or change my order?
You can cancel single item orders before dispatch by going in 'My Account' and 'My Orders'. If the cancel option is missing or your order has dispatched already, you can contact us and we can sort this out for you.
8. How can I track my order, view my order history, or save my address for faster checkout?
You’d need to log into your account with a one-time code sent to your email. You don’t need to create an account or password. Once logged in, you will be able to track your orders, view your order history, and save your address for faster checkout.
